Resilience Talk by Prof. Poul Heegaard
This month, Prof. Poul Heegaard was our guest speaker in Resilience Talks.
As the last Resilience Talk of 2025, we had a great pleasure to host Prof. Poul Heegaard! He gave a deeply insightful presentation on performability and survivability quantification, describing a combined Markov-modeling approach that captures both failure and recovery states in the presence of transient faults, as well as their impact on sustaining the desired level of service performance. In addition to the analytical foundations, he also shared several examples and a case study involving a large-scale disaster scenario.
We thank Poul once more for this engaging talk! Stay tuned for next year’s Resilience Talks!
