Resilience Talk by Prof. Diep Nguyen
Our first guest speaker in 2026 was Prof. Diep Nguyen from the University of Technology Sydney.
We kicked off 2026 editions of the Resilient Talks with Prof. Diep Nguyen from UTS. In his presentation, Prof. Nguyen went through the major disruptions affecting critical infrastructure in Australia and globally, examined their root causes and impact. He also shared the key lessons learned from these events and highlighted the role of AI-enabled and 5G/6G-empowered solutions for enhancing the robustness, adaptability, and responsiveness of emergency management and critical communication systems.
