The 2nd Workshop on Resilience in Next-Generation Wireless Communication Networks is organized by Resilient Worlds members and features many papers from our community.

Exciting news! The 2nd Workshop on Resilience in Next-Generation Wireless Communication Networks (ResNets) at IEEE GLOBECOM 2026 in Macau, China (7-11 December) is organized by Resilient Worlds members Falko Dressler and Aydin Sezgin, together with Walid Saad and Diep N. Nguyen.

Many Resilient Worlds members will also present their papers at the workshop:

  • “Measuring Cellular Connectivity Resilience in Real-World Communication Networks with DRACO” by Leon Janzen and Matthias Hollick
  • “Feasibility of Using Mobile Base Stations for Improved Resilience and Reduced Energy Footprint” by Ahmed Hasan Ansari, Florian Klingler, Gianluca Rizzo, and Falko Dressler
  • “RISilience: Resilience-Oriented Placement of Reflecting Surfaces Under Dynamic Blockages” by Joana Angjo, Anatolij Zubow, and Falko Dressler
  • “Better Act than React: Proactive Error Coding for Energy-Constrained IoT-Devices” by Kai Vogelgesang, Ishwar Mudraje, Moritz Miodek, and Thorsten Herfet
  • “SASRT: A Steganography-Aware Schreier Recovery Transform for Resilient Quantum Wireless Networks” by Vignesh Raman, Riccardo Bassoli, and Frank H. P. Fitzek

We are looking forward to the talks and discussions in Macau. See you there!
